The current pandemic is taking its toll on everyone including charitable organizations like The Autism Project. During this time many non-profits have little to no income coming in to sustain the business.
Here at Sommerfly we want to help ensure that The Autism Project is around to support the community when we emerge from this crisis.
The Autism Project is a unique collaboration of parents, professionals and community members that has existed since 1997. They provide quality support, training, and programming that is accessible to all for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), their families, and those who work with them.
They support individuals with ASD, other developmental disabilities, and communication, social-emotional, and regulation challenges - in our home state of Rhode Island and beyond.
At The Autism Project, they believe everyone deserves access to the right resources to help support each individual’s journey. These items are often not accessible for many reasons, including including financial restrictions, lack of resources, lack of training, and knowledge.
